1. Processing Times & Rates

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for security validation, quality inspection, and heavy-duty protective packaging.

  • Peak Seasons: Processing times may extend up to 5 business days during major holidays or global logistics surges.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a standard flat shipping fee of $5.99 on all international orders.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates depend closely on regional customs processing and local transit speeds:

3. Tracking & Modifications

  • Tracking: A confirmation email containing your tracking carrier link will be sent automatically upon shipment dispatch. Data activation takes 1–3 business days.

  • Address Changes: Contact service@alvtidy.com within 12 hours of order placement for modifications. Once an order is processed, no routing changes can be completed.

4. International Customs & DDU

Orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) protocols. Any local import taxes, customs clearance processing fees, or administrative tariffs levied by the destination country remain the exclusive responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Kitchenware

  • Transit Damage (Glass/Silicone): If your glass containers or racks arrive broken, email clear photographic proof of the item and external box damage to service@alvtidy.com within 72 hours of delivery for a immediate free replacement.

  • Lost Packages: If an official tracking carrier confirms a package is lost in transit, we will dispatch an identical replacement order at no extra fee.
