1. 30-Day Evaluation Period

We maintain a strict 30-day return policy, providing you 30 days following verified tracking delivery to submit an official return authorization request.

To qualify for a valid return:

  • Kitchenware items must remain completely unused, unwashed, and in pristine condition.

  • Products must be encased within their original branded protective packaging.

  • You must present a valid order confirmation receipt or digital invoice proof of purchase.

2. Initiation Protocols

To formally begin a return, contact us via service@lueurhome.com (or your designated mailbox: service@alvtidy.com).

  • Unauthorized packages shipped back to our physical locations without an approved return ticket will be rejected automatically.

  • Return shipping carrier costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless the underlying return is caused by a verified manufacturing defect.

3. Defective, Wrong, or Damaged Items

Please inspect your kitchen storage solutions immediately upon delivery. For broken glass components, defective lid seals, or incorrect sizing shipments:

  • Email service@alvtidy.com within 72 hours of carrier drop-off.

  • Attach clear digital photos showing the structural problem. We will expedite a complimentary replacement or execute a full item refund.

4. Non-Returnable Classifications

  • Custom Kitchenware: Custom-sized organizer orders or engraved pantry components cannot be returned.

  • Sale items and Gift cards represent final purchases.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Right

Regardless of standard policies, orders delivered inside the European Union retain an absolute statutory right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt without specifying justification, provided items remain unused and in original warehouse packaging.

6. Refund Processing Timeframes

Following warehouse delivery inspection, we will notify you regarding approval status. Approved refunds are wired back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly account for an extra 3–5 days for international credit card corporations to clear and post the credit balance to your statement.
